In this in-person strategic planning session, we will focus on SALALM’s opportunities and priorities.
We hope you will join us, because the quality of these conversations depends on the presence and perspectives of members from across the SALALM community. The Strategic Planning Team’s role is to listen, capture key themes, and build on what is shared. Information gathered across all four sessions will be used to draft proposed values, mission, and vision statements, as well as potential strategic priorities.
