VENDOR INFORMATION:
Thank you for participating and supporting SALALM LXV! We look forward to your presence. Here is some essential information for the conference in Sacramento.

SHIPPING AND STORAGE OF MATERIALS:
Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade requests that all boxes be shipped 3 business days before event start date. Please remember that the conference will go from the 5th to 8th of June but it is strongly recommended that you arrive on the 4th of June.

Exhibitors are responsible for return shipping of all packages.

SUPPLIES:
 6-foot table (with white tablecloth) and 2 chairs will be provided
 Vendor spaces include bright overhead lighting and natural lighting from large windows. Additional lighting must be provided by vendor.
If you have additional requests, please email Roberto C. Delgadillo, Local Arrangements Chair at rdelgadillo@ucdavis.edu. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

LAYOUT:
All vendors will be set up in the Conference Hotel Atrium (a central, open, public area), next to all central conference activities. Tables will be set up free standing, not against a wall.

All vendors will need to set up and breakdown their tables each day. The conference Hotel will provide a secure space with lock and key and there will be UC Davis students to assist. Please coordinate these needs with Roberto C. Delgadillo in order for vendors to plan accordingly and consider bringing less materials for display.
