SALALM Action Guide for Immigrant Advocacy

Under the current U.S. presidential administration, inhumane policies are destroying immigrant communities by ripping families apart. Adults, children, and babies are being forced into cages, resulting in experts comparing the facilities to concentration camps. Therefore, the Seminar on the Acquisition of Latin American Library Materials (SALALM) has created the SALALM Action Guide for Immigrant Advocacy. This Action Guide is largely a compilation of resources from other organizations and efforts. The purpose of this guide is not to replace other resources nor is it to become the authoritative guide. Rather, we expect this Action Guide for Immigrant Advocacy to be used in conjunction with any other guides and resources that you may encounter and we hope you use it as a supplement to the information that is already available.
