Registration for the conference with rates pre-registration begins on February 10 and ends on April 16, 2016

Important:

Registration forms with payment (check, credit card or PayPal) must be received from February 10 to April 16, 2016 in order to qualify for pre-registration rates.

*Institutional membership does not qualify for the reduced rate unless it is a personally -owned library or publishing house that pays institutional membership fees.

Exhibitors do not have to register for the conference unless they plan to attend the conference sessions and/or committees.

Checks must be made out in US dollars drawn on banks with US branches and made payable to SALALM.

Top two reasons to reserve your hotel room early!

1. The Conference Hotel has limited space. Charlottesville is not New York and the best hotels for our conference are cozy, but small. We have secured a good number of rooms; but you should call now and avoid potentially unpleasant surprises later.

2.May is always a high occupancy month in Charlottesville due to regular tourism, family/alumni gatherings, and the end of the university calendar year. Charlottesville is a regular destination from big cities in the vicinity, like Washington and Baltimore, among others.
